Hello Everyone and welcome to the truth:
I have had an internet stalker for about 8 years now. His name is Wayne Maddison. It is an ugly thing. He accuses me of things and has spent 100's of hours creating various websites about me. I do not know what to do but set a few things clear. I have a Facebook site and I use Netflix and yahoo mail that is it. I do not even have a YOU TUBE account. He set one up under one of my old names and framed me.
I owned a business for over ten years. It was a great place for people to come and hang out and play games and purchase games and food and drinks and talk collectibles.
The store was a little messy sometimes because I was constantly going to conventions and taking a ten foot truck and loading it or unloading it so during the week if you visited you may have seen a store that was messy. Weekends were when the store was busy and weekends it was clean because the convention inventory would either be at the convention or put away at the store.
We also ran ebay out of the store in high volume. Had well over 10,000 transactions. We made mistakes, myself and my staff but always did out best to make the customer happy. At times when you are making literally 100 ebay sales a week or maybe even 200 plus a store and literally traveling the world for conventions things got a little crazy.
We had so many happy customers via Ebay. Overall it was a GREAT experience. We literally searched the world , well England , France and often Japan for items for our customers and sold them at a reasonable price. We also bought closeout lots and had so many nice people say nice things it was great.
However, unfortunately we did not believe the customer was always right. If the customer had an invalid complaint we would ask them to send the item back for a full refund at thier cost. If the item broke we asked if they purchased insurance. If they did not we would make a decision if it was our fault or if it was the delivery companies fault. Everyone had the option of insurance at cost. We had some customers who were unreasonable and threatened negative feedback unless they got a discount and had cheats just like a lot of retail store workers will tell you except it is easier to steal/extort using ebay. Ebay was like that.
Then we had the stalkers. WAYNE MADDISON is a stalker living in New Jersey. He has a part time gig as a clown as seen on his my space page years ago. This man is in his late 40's. To my knowledge he has never been married. He likes to collect toys and set up hate blogs. He only tells one side of a story and often creates fake names and creates unhappy customers and my alleged rude responses. Most of this is fictional and created by him.
How it started: He purchased an item from ebay from me well before delivery confirmation was common in the 1990's or early 2000's not sure exactly. Sold the store like 7 years ago now lol. Anyway he claimed not to have gotten an item or a refund. He never called the store to discuss it just used email and had a negative and bitter attitude. He was not one who could be talked to in a reasonable manner. Anyway our deal went sour I think it was $40 but not sure. Maybe $10 more or less. HAD I KNOWN this guy was a STALKER ((Wayne Maddison) I would have refunded him immediately and not done business with him at all.
I do not know how someone can have such a bitter evil heart and hold it for 7 years plus. I have a son and grandmother and friends that I love and have no time other than this time to spend trying to get even with people who do me wrong. I like most of you have been wronged may times. Life goes on and you move on and try to turn every situation into a postive one. WAYNE MADDISON will always have hate. I even apologized to him numerous times and he said what kind of spyware are you using to track me. Like I can track people. I am in SALES not computer stuff. I have no idea. He has lost it. Anyway, I am an honest person and have to say a lot calmer now that I do not have to deal with customers like Wayne. To be honest if I had a chance to do it all over again I would have had more patience with troubled people like Wayne Maddison. Now, nothing upsets me. I am very calm and mellow. Guess that is what happens when you get a little older and I hope wiser. I asked Wayne a few months ago if on his deathbed he will still curse my name over the $40 deal gone sour. Of course I received no reply however I do not think he will go away. Some people love to hate.
I feel sorry for him and I am sorry if his lies and posts have caused hurt to any of my friends or relatives. He uses the name MADDMIND on ebay and I think it is appropiate.
I wish the best for Wayne and hope he can move on with his life. Hate is horrible thing to have in your heart. Best wishes to him and his followers.

I am in the middle of reading of book by Larry Eldar. The ten things you cannot say in America. He is a black man who is blunt about his believes and has or had a radio show on a disney owned company. He mentioned that Disney recieved over 1000 emails blasting him and saying untrue things about him. THey were afraid of losing sponsers. They contacted the people and found out that it was only 14 people sending the emails pretending to be thousands and when they contacted the 14 and invited them in to discuss thier views only seven came to be heard. My situation is similiar. I have one person who dislikes me, creates false identies and says horrible things about me. He does not even in any of his HATE SITES leave ANY WAY to get in contact with him. EVERYTHING he says or says that other people say have no email address, or telephone number. I just have to hope that such a person who likes to make fake hate sites without leaving any name or email contact info is taken with a grain of salt. I do not see what else I can really do.

Wayne now has another blog up called David Silvieus Slander which if you check out the comments they were all made by him. He is SpaceGhost and the anonymous and probably more. He has made even more sites now but still is too afraid to use his real name. He still says I have spyware to find out who people are. Question, if this is true then I would create a site about him so his friends can see how deranged he really is. Again I feel sorry for him since he has nothing better to do then set up sites of slander.

ReplyDeleteWow , I just read a blog by the infamous Wayne Maddison. This guy is delusional. I have never had any type of spyware whatsoever. I own a used dell bought off ebay for $90. I have been for years. I have never paid more than $125.00 for a laptop always get them used off ebay when they break just buy another. Anyone who personally knows me knows what Wayne is saying is CRAZY. Anyone. I had tens of thousands of happy customers both on ebay and in my store and at conventions. I had people at conventions in the US , Japan and England say oh I purchased from you on ebay and was happy with my order and price. I made a lot of people happy selling them items at a good price that they wanted for their collections. Question why would a 50 year old man never married, spend so much time on writing and trying to hurt a man as he does when he has a museum and collects so many things and has such a full life. Could he be bipolar? I found him on youtube and he has stupid people getting caught at things videos as all his favorites. He must think he is doing the world a service when he is really showing himself to be somewhat odd. Maybe he wants to be a private eye like on Bored To Death on HBO. He can solve the worlds crimes. Sorry to burst his bubble but I have never been arrested and do not do illegal things. What else would you call someone who thinks that I can send spyware to hundreds of people find them etc when I do not even know his email address anymore since my aol account closed. I was not a subscriber and had not used it in years so they closed my aol email account. I do not even know if wayne maddison is his real name or a fake name he made up. I cannot find him on facebook. I have no idea what he looks like or where he lives. Does this sound like the evil spy that he claims me to be. I feel bad for people who read his ramblings and I honestly feel bad for him that he has so much time on his hands to take a petty matter and make it some huge thing and add a whole bunch of lies as he goes along. If you read any and I mean any of his blogs you have to ask yourself is this the comments a sane rational person would make. He has freedom of speech I spent 4 years in the military defending his right to say what he wants and was honorably discharged as an E-4 and then spent two years in the reserves and was again honorably discharged as an E-5. It is a shame that he has nothing but evil and hate to spout. I often told him years ago when I had contact with him that if he spent half the time doing charitable things with his time then writing his blogs he could make a difference for some organization or non profit group. He laughed. I guess it is more fun to hurt people than to help people to him. Sorry I ramble but it is sad to see a 50 year old man be so crazed about another person who only had one transaction with him.

ReplyDeletePathways seem different then what I have written down. Sorry I am attempting but just can't. Sorry to have invaded your world. I was nieve to think I could do computer detective with only a pencil and pad. I only recently discovered the definition of a stalker. In the past 2 months I truly see what that term means. Again I am attempting to take down blogs but I am locked out myself.
but it's your internet. I am off. Do not want ANYTHING to do with computers or online. And I am not sure if wayne maddison is my real name anymore either.
